WWII, KNIL, Very interesting set of mess kit and canteen, both named to "Europees Brigadier (Kpl.) L.U.A., J.P. de Jong", from the "3rd Batalion Anti-Aircraft Artillery, Bandoeng", the canteen is markd with his name on the mouthpiece, and is complete with "Garoet B" cover and leather carrying harness marked "CW N 10-10 FD", the three piece mess tin, is beautifull engraved with name, POW number, various dates and places from camps he was transported to, and very nice unit crest symbols engraved on the bottom of the pots, also one handle present, very interesting set that tells a story about pride and hardship, unique set
