Fidel Castro Autographed Government Decree. Comes with certificate of Authenticity by Paul Fraser Collectibles, Bristol, United Kingdom, describing the document as follows: 'This two-page decree is signed by three members of government, including Fidel Castro's autograph, whose position is noted as Prime Minister. The document discusses the removal of surcharges to stamps, in response to the requests of the people of the Revolutionary Government. The decree is dated 20 November 1959, 'Year of Freedom', at the Palace of the Presidency, in the Havana. The signed page is embossed with two official seals, running underneath the signatures of the Minister of Collections and the Prime Minister. Castro's autograph is written over these seals in black pen. The second page features some handwritten notes. A blue government sticker and ribbons further officiates the document'.
