Archer Type, AV Dinara, 8.45 g, 18.5 mm, specific gravity 14.38. Obv.: Tall, elegant king with stacked curls, armed with bow and arrow. He wears long-tailed tunic over knee-length, pleated loin cloth. On left a Garuḍa banner. Only traces of circular legend. A wide crescent at the top left (symbols in this position mark many coin series of Candragupta III). Beneath the left arm candra / Rev.: Śrī seated with folded legs flat on moderate lotus. She holds diadem fillet and large lotus. Details of the hip cloth have worn away; hairdo with curls and buns. On left a tilted tamga and in the right field śrīvikkramaḥ, truncated.
