A Kapaseti, Topi Portugis (Paseki/Ulu Ulu), a light brass Morion inspired helmet as worn in the Dutch East Indies in the Portuguese era by soldiers originating from the Iberian Peninsula as they first appeared in the Moluccan Archipelago (Ambon/Ternate), Celebes and the Malaysian city Melaka as strategically located outpost for the VOC where Junk sailing ships and other vessels moored for (spice) trading e.g. cloves, nutmeg and mace. Such helmets were equipped with cylindrical tubes with decorational pattern mounted on the front.
