Dutch infantry rifle M1848/67, "Snider" conversion, started as a muzzle loading M1848, dated 1862 with serial nr: 79, converted to breech loading rifle by adding the "Snider" system, which was done in 1867, stock has a cartouche which reads "P.S., Maastricht, J.B. 1853", various proofmarks visible, complete with original socket bayonet and scabbard, in very nice and functional condition
