Large interesting and unique grouping from "Captain of the 7th Regiment field artillery J.A. de Witte", WWI and WWII veteran and survivor of Stalag 371 "Stanislau", consists of the following items: Officers full dress Kepi, with plume (in cardboard container), M1912 Dress sabre marked on the blade with "A. van Dongen & Zoon, Breda", made by "Hörster, Solingen", nice embroidered banner from the 7th Regiment Field Artillery, orange dress sash in box, pair of spurs, 2 large wooden luggage boxes, one made during his time in the POW camp, with his name and prisoner number, small wood carved box from the POW camp, his medals, ribbonbar and some certificates, including: OHK Mei 1940, mobilisation medal WWI, 30 years of loyal service, marriage medal Queen Juliana, and an extensive amount of paperwork, including dozens of letters to home, writen during the time as a POW, various documents etc., from Stanislau, promotion papers, birth and dead certificate, papers from the Regiment, very interesting piece of history, should be viewed for full understanding of all contents
