Russia/Netherlands, Order of Saint Anne, 1st Class Cross and breast star, in original case of issue. Cross marked on top arm with Russian double-headed eagle, suspension with same dougle-headed eagle marking and date '1849', loop missing. Breast star with maker marking 'Keibel' on pin and back and silver marking '84'. With award document and later Dutch translation, awarded to the Dutch Minister of Navy Johannes Servaas Lotsy, dated October 31st, 1857. Beautiful and historically very interesting grouping
