A Chinese porcelain jar and cover decorated in underglaze blue, the body with four cartouches enclosing plants and flowers each divided by panels of geometric pattern between ruyi heads, the shoulder with a similar decoration, auspicious symbols and flowers to the neck, China, Ming dynasty, ca. 1600-1625.
