Sceptre Type, AV dinara, 7.65 g, 21 mm, specific gravity 16.33. Obv.: Nimbate king on beaded lotus support, wearing tunic over pants and leggings with plaques. He holds staff-sceptre while sacrificing on altar; tiny stubs on halo; a Garuḍa banner in left field and a crescent near the margin above it. Name samudra beneath left arm, and circular legend in large letters as previous, from I o’clock; most of first half is legible. Rev.: Nimbate Śrī with tall fillet and cornucopia, seated on throne with upright post behind, her feet on lotus with seeds; tamgas on two sides; legend parākramaḥ, ‘bold advance’ (Raven 1994a:215-216 (Var.
