25 Cent 1948 (Sch. 1074) - Spectacular MISSTRIKE with completely lengthwise split planchet; this is the part with the reverse - 18 mm 1.41 grams - UNC - very rare - NB Formed by an air bubble in the molten metal, which becomes a thin flat layer of air when the metal is rolled several times and causes the coin to split after striking
