A small but nice lot ancient coinage: Cilician Armenia, Levon I, AD1199-1219, AR tram (2.99 g.). Obv: King enthroned frontal on ornamental lion throne, holding cross and fleur-de-lis / rev. Two lions standing back to back, each with head reversed, divided by a patriarchal cross. Well centred, with fully readable circular legends, Choice XF + Parthians, Arsacides, Vologases III, c. 105-147 AD, AR drachm (3.44g.). Bare-headed bust left with long pointed beard, wearing diadem with loop / Archer seated right on throne holding bow. Archer's seat on reverse represented as a horizontal line. Choice XF (Ref.: Sellwood 78.5; Shore 415) + Bactrian Greeks, Euthydemos I, 230-200 BC. AE denominatie B (9.72 g.). Bearded head of Herakles to r. / Rev.: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΕΥΘΥΔΗΜΟΥ. Horse galloping r.
