Lot of 9 coins: Sasanian Empire, featuring AR drachms from the reigns of Khusrow I, 531-579 (Göbl SN Ia/1, Göbl SN II/2), and Hormazd IV, 579-590 (Göbl SN Ia/1). The lot presents a nice variety of Ry.’s. and mint signatures, viz.: Khurow I: BBA/Yr 7; WYHC/Yr 8, 15; MY/ Yr 11; AYLAN/Yr 29; Hormazd IV: WYHC, Yr 3, RD/Yr 6, 9, LD/Yr 12. Obv.: Bust of king / rev.: fire altar with attendants, mint and date. Some may show a ghosting effect due to the thinness of the coin-flan
