Pattern 50 Stuivers Louis Napoleon in silver (Sch. 140a / RRRR / L Sch.163a R4) by J.G. Holtzhey - Obv. Bust of the King to right surrounded by the legend 'LODEWYK de EERSTE KONING van HOLL'. Rev. crowned coat of arms on two crossed scepters between denomination, date and guirlande below. Plain edge. RRRR - OF THE HIGHEST RARITY, with an attractive cabinet toning. - Wrongly attributed on the label as a Florin by NGC - NGC MS63 - Cert. # 8361709-003 - The famous medallist Johan Georg Holtzhey was approached in 1807 to create designs for a 50 Stuiver, a 20 Stuiver and a 10 Stuiver piece.
