England - Complete set bronze medals 'Kings and Queens of England' by Jean Dassier 1731 (Eimer 526) - set of 34 medals depicting the monarchs from William I to George II and (on the reverse) their tombs, including the George II dedicatory medal, the later in 1731 added Carolina medal (reverse: Dilecta deo et hominibus) and the 38 mm Oliver Cromwell medal - sharply struck Dassier issues, appr. 34-36 grams each, seen minor die rusting possibly the 1755 or 1773 reissue (although the George II memorial medal is missing) - XF, scarce as complete set - ex Henry Christensen auction tag 840464 - (34x)
