Nepal, Pratab Simha, 1775-1777, silver mohars of 1.5 sho were struck in large quantities and sent to Tibet, where it was often cut for use as small change; cut with straight line, 3 petals (4) (= ½ sho or 1/3 mohar), similarly cut with 4 petals (3) (= 1 sho or 2/3 mohar) and with 5 petals (3) 1 Sho (2/3 mohar). Lot of 10 coins, attractive variety which is rarely encountered, average VF (KM481,483&485)
