An old certificate 'Poyaisian Land Grant' of 200 Acres, signed 28 april 1834 by Gregor MacGregor (1786-1845). This share was part of the Poyaisian Fraud, in which investors could participate in 'good land', which was in fact worthless 'mosquito coast' land. Also known as The Fraud of the Prince of Poyais. In used condition.
